Oromia

Our volunteers and I have recently returned from Ethiopia following a very successful sight restoring four week campaign to two villages in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia, Meki and Shamshamene.

We would like to thank all the private and public sponsors that have supported us and congratulate the volunteers and local staff that worked tirelessly to achieve a magnificent result.

Eyes for Africa has restored sight to 412 people that have no access to eyecare.

We are looking forward to returning to Ethiopia in the near future to continue this life changing work.
